职位描述：

Mission Statement/职能陈述: Manage and support product
business in commercial aspects, including optimizing the business planning and
sales process, giving visibility to management team on current and future
performance whilst ensuring compliance with all necessary corporate and legal
guidelines.

管理和支持产品业务的商务运作，包括优化计划和预测管理以及销售流程整合；确保产品业务遵循法律法规和公司相关制度，提高数据透明度并进行精确的分析披露以供管理决策。

Main Accountabilities 主要工作职责

1. Responsible for Product business process
optimization including SAP process and internal control setting；.

负责产品业务流程优化包括但不限于SAP流程优化及内部控制流程的设定；

2. Risk management including ABB risk
review preparation, contract checklist follow up and project risk control；

风险管理包括但不限于ABB风险评估的准备，合同条款审核表的跟进以及项目的风险控制；

3. Monthly review on product business 24
months rolling forecast to contribute the lead time optimization and cost
saving by high forecast quality；

负责每月跟踪新机的24个月滚动预测，通过高质量的预测达到节约成本及优化交货期的目的；

4. As IBP responsible, prepare and
coordinate demand review with sales team, production planning, procurement and
BU；

作为业务计划和预测的责任人，负责准备并协调销售团队、生产计划部、采购供应链和全球业务单元；

5. Pricing control including approval
process control, pricing margin calculation by ABB full cost model, order
pre-calculation monitoring and customer product mix management；

定价控制包括但不限于审批流程控制，根据ABB完全成本模型计算定价利润，监控订单的成本和利润测算，分析客户产品组合对利润的影响等；

6. Responsible for product business credit
control of customers according to company credit policy and for collecting
receivables in due course；

根据公司信用政策负责新机客户信用额度控制以及按时收款；

7. Implementation of sales order
controlling on approval process, sales price, costs, delivery time, temporary
stock, loss order analysis, order backlog etc；

贯彻执行对销售订单审批流程、销售价格、成本、发货时间、库存、亏损订单分析及未完成订单的控制；

8. Profitability analysis per customer,
segments and TC types based on company standard controlling tool；

使用公司标准的控制工具从客户、细分市场及增压器型号方面进行利润分析；

9. Analysis and handling of foreign
currency impacts；

分析及处理外汇影响；

10. Monitor the assurance proper handling of company’s
transfer price policy；

监督并确保公司转移定价政策的恰当执行；

11. Participate or support Product Business
projects implementation and perform the project calculation by scenario；

参与支持产品业务项目实施并负责基于不同的假设计算产品业务项目；

12. Perform ad-hoc assignment from Business Controlling
Manager or LBU Controller.

负责完成业务控制经理和财务总监分配的临时任务。

Knowledge , Skill and Experience知识、技能与经验要求

l Bachelor's
degree in accounting and finance. /拥有财务与会计本科学历

l One
years of general accounting and three years of progressive management
accounting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience./拥有至少1年一般会计及会计管理经验；或者勇用有同等教育水平和相关经验

l Basic
understanding of the prevailing laws in China, i.e. in the field of taxes,
reporting to the authorities, reserves, etc. Familiar with PRC GAAP, USGAAP and
IFRS./对中国主要法律有基本理解，例如：税务领域、政府当局的报告以及减值准备等。熟悉中国会计政策、美国会计政策以及国际财务报告准则

l Fluent
in Mandarin and good communication in English./普通话流利，有良好的英语沟通能力

l Familiar
as a user of SAP ERP system and MS Office applications, as well as Lotus Notes
or a comparable email program./能熟悉运用SAP ERP系统、MS办公软件，Lotus
Notes或者类似的邮箱系统
