Job Description:
This position is to develop and execute the right marketing strategies and marketing mix to ensure assigned product categories meet their sales and fi***cial objectives. Accountable for assigned category‘s sales and profit objectives. Product categories include: computer peripherals, OA equipment, color pencils & arts materials, and office products
Responsibilities include:
 Establish structured product marketing plans to drive market share growth in both China and Hong Kong market
 Establish strategic direction, initial pricing & launch plans for new products including target channel placement
Provide bid/tender pricing and support
 Monitor competitive activity and identify customer and channel needs
 Support both China and Hong Kong sales team to gain product placement and sell through in different channels including e-commerce, IT reseller, OP/OA catalog dealer, OP/OA wholesaler, fine arts, and mass market channel
 Communicate China/HK market, channel and customer needs to the Global Product team – including requests for new products, product changes/enhancements, cost reductions etc
 Create promotional campaigns to drive sales and clear i***entory
 Identify business opportunities and threats (SWOT) based on market and competitive analysis
 Leverage and share Go to Market strategies and tactics with inter-companies in other regions to maximize results
 Ensure products are properly setup within our systems

 Job Requirements :
 BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
 5+ years professional experience in product marketing (experience in e-commerce marketing an added advantage)
 Strong project management, time management and organizational skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
 Must be able to develop marketing plans (launch, promotional etc)
 Ability to work in a team e***ironment
 Proficiency in Excel and MS Office required.
