Responsibilities:
Manages the HR team of professionals to develop, implement, manage and monitor a full suite of integrated HR services and programs that support the business and enhance employee engagement.
Support the VP of Human Resources to ensure global HR initiatives are executed consistently within the Region and Reports are submitted, as required
Ensures the effective administration of HR controls in compliance with relevant legislation and HR policy
Provide proactive support to Mold-Masters leadership through value added consultation and coaching
Support the Regional President with events planning and communications, which directly impact employees
Initiates progressive policies/best practices that build on the success of the culture of Mold-Masters that provides for open communication and opportunities for growth
Deliver the seamless execution of payroll and benefits
Responsible for managing the annual HR budget submission in cooperation with Regional Fi***ce team
Manage document submission in support of the annual fi***cial audits
Responsible for the effective recruitment of the region’s staffing needs
Development and adherence to Human Resources operational budget
Responsible for Disability Administration, Management and Return to Work strategies
Responsible for Training and Development
Provides ongoing advice and counsel on strategic and operational employee relations issues.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs from employees, prospective employees and government agencies
Provides the timely and effective resolution of employee relations issues
Consults external legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with the law.
Ensures that the company's performance evaluation program is executed effectively and on a timely basis.
Assists with the planning and administration of annual salary reviews and incentive programs.
Maintain accurate records for time administration
Hire, develop and retain competent HR staff to increase the value of the HR group.
Analyze and promote recommendations for productivity and/or method improvements;
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety program, including Emergency Response;
Work with all levels of management to ensure effective and proactive analysis and solutions to organizational problems and issues.
Responsible for interpretation and analysis of trends and provide recommendations for action to the VP, Global Human Resources。
Provide direction and leadership for the department; provide input in review meetings with key business stakeholders to discuss/create a path going forward.
Requirements:
University degree in Business/HR, with a minimum of eight (8) years of progressively more senior experience and/or an equivalent of education and experience. And minimum of three (3) years experience in a leadership role.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Standard Chinese (Mandarin) and English
Take significant experience in resolving complex employee relations issues while minimizing risk to the organization coupled with strategic thinking
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced e***ironment and have excellent organizational skills.
Has expert knowledge of HR principles and government legislation and the knowledge of SAP (or related ERP) HR module and have advanced knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word.
Have the ability to prepare models, write complex reports, communicate effectively with outside council and make persuasive, clear presentation of ideas that will co***ince others and gain acceptance of proposals or plans.
