职位描述：
在项目获取阶段，支持相关各方制定相关报价方案和文件，参与新产品开发可行性的评审，并给出设计意见。
In the project acquisition stage, Support related department to make quotation scheme and other documents, participate in new product development feasibility evaluation, then advise.
作为产品设计的负责人，协助项目经理、产品工程师、CAE工程师，合理调配资源，制定设计计划，负责组织设计评审以及数据、资料的管理、保存和发放。
As the responsible engineer in product design stage, to assist product engineer, project manager, CAE, rationally allocate manpower resources, make design plan and be responsible for organizing design reviews and data management.
协助产品工程师，与客户沟通协调，确认客户的详细需求，负责对产品设计输入、输出进行审核和反馈。
To assist product engineer to communicate and coordinate with the customer, confirm the detailed requirement of customers, be responsible for checking the product design input and feedback
根据客户需求和公司能力，对产品进行设计选材、总体方案设计、零件结构设计、铺层设计以及连接设计，制定产品设计方案，形成设计报告。
According to customer requirement and the company ability, be responsible for material selection, overall design,part design, laminates design and connection design,make product design scheme and form report.
根据产品需求，负责对设计结构进行初步的强度、刚度校核，给出详细的设计报告。
According to product requirement, be responsible for the preliminary structure strength & stiffness checking, then forming detailed report.
负责组建DFMEA小组，开展DFMEA工作。完成产品B图、P图、功能结构图等必要分析文件以及DFMEA报告，并在产品全生命周期内更新和维护。
To build the DFMEA team, carry out DFMEA. Finish the analysis document, such as product B-diagram, P-diagram, function and structure diagram, and DFMEA report. Update and maintain the DFMEA report in the product lifecycle.
负责制定产品断面、3D产品结构、CPD模型以及2D图纸等CAD工作，完成尺寸工程相关工作（包含尺寸技术规范、定位点系统、几何尺寸和公差、尺寸链计算等）。
Be responsible for finishing the section, 3D &CPD product structure data, process data, 2D drawings, the dimension engineering work （including DTS, RPS, GD&T, dimensional chain computing . etc）.
负责产品关键特征特性的定义及相关文档的编制，负责DBOM的编制与发放。
Be responsible for product CCs/SCs definition and related documents preparation. be responsible for establishing and releasing DBOM.
协助CAE工程师完成设计验证、结构优化以及铺层优化工作，协助产品工程师完成产品设计试验验证工作，并根据试验结果对设计方案进行优化。
To assist CAE engineer to complete design verification, structure optimization and laminates optimization ,to assist product engineer to complete product design test and optimize the design according to the results of the test.
组织分析已完成产品的设计缺陷和制造问题，给出书面的产品失效性分析报告。
Organize analyze defects in product design and manufacturing poblems, then give a written product failure analysis report.
负责编制、修订与产品有关的设计规范。
Be responsible for establishing and revising product design specification.
管理由设计原因引起的工程变更。
To manage the engineering change caused by design.
内部资源不能满足项目需要时，负责外包管理。
Manage the outsourcing when the internal sourcing can’t meet the requirement of project.
任职要求：
1.熟悉汽车零件产品、复合材料产品开发流程，掌握各个关键节点所需输出材料。了解五大质量工具，熟悉运用DFMEA；
Familiar with automotive parts product development processes, grasps each key node required output materials. Understand the five quality tools, familiar with FMEA and can use it;
2.熟悉汽车基本构造及原理，具有汽车工程、人体工程学，复合材料设计等基础知识；
Familiar with basic structure and theory of Auto, has automobile engineering, ergonomics, composite design and other basic knowledge;
3.熟练使用CATIA软件，具备CATIA CPD(composite product design)建模能力, 熟练掌握工程制图，掌握尺寸工程相关内容（包含DTS、RPS、GD&T、尺寸链计算等）
Using CATIA proficiency, has the ability of building CATIA CPD(composite product design) mold, Familiar with engineering drawings, know well about dimension engineering （including DTS, RPS, GD&T, dimension chain calculation）.
4.熟悉复合材料的力学性能指标，熟悉RTM工艺或注塑工艺，了解复合材料成型其他工艺，比如真空导流、缠绕、GMT、LFT-D工艺等。
Familiar with composite material mechanics performance index, familiar with RTM process or injection molding process, Know the composites other forming processes, such as VARI, winding, GMT, LFT-D process, etc
5.具备良好的团队合作精神和基本的项目管理经验。
Good team cooperation spirit and basic project management experience.
6.能够熟练使用英语进行工作交流和沟通。
