1、负责公司前台接待、电话转接，传真、信件、快递等文件的收发、登记，整理、归类、分发与管理；
2、负责员工考勤管理；
3、负责社保卡办理；

4、负责办公室事务；
4、负责处理日常行政工作及上级领导交办的其他事；

任职要求：
1、 形象好，气质佳，普通话标准；
2、 熟练使用OFFICE办公软件；
3、 具备良好的协调能力、沟通能力，负有责任心，性格活泼开朗，具有亲和力。
