Position Summary:
Direct all aspects of production activities, including Inventory, Productivity, Materials supply, cost control, EHS, facility, Compliance with company policies.
Position Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Supervise and coordinate the efforts of each manufacturing supervisor to ensure production, quality and safety goals are achieved, consistent with plant’s goals. 。
2. Direct and cooperate with the other department, create and update the annual strategy, Establish the new manufacturing technologies in equipment.
3. Direct integration of new products transferred to territory operations, including workable parts listing, technical procedures, proper tooling & jigs. Develop operational annual facilities investment plan, implement the plan and make monthly report on the cost saving.
4. Implement process and procedures to continuously improve production efficiency and reduction in Cycle times. Meet productivity goals through continuous effort and direction.
5. Maintain good communication and relationship with factory workers through regular work place meeting and continuous interaction.
6. Other tasks assigned by plant manager.

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 5 years machine industry professional experience in production function and 2 years on a manager position

4. Take responsibility, good communication and team work spirits
5. Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English
