1. Design and assist in the design and development of new upright vacuum cleaners to specifications within budget and schedule involving
1. A systematic approach with a clear method of recording any changes to developing better performing products
2. CAD work and review
3. Testing to Hoover and international standards
4. Prototype making and modification through CAD and by hand
2. Assist Project Leader and team in the introduction of new models
1. Executing Engineering Technical Requests from Marketing including any design and development work involved
2. Issue with confidence clear and accurate Notice of Data Changes to models
3. Assist Project Leader and team in the maintenance of current platforms
1. Work in a concise and methodological manner to identify and resolve quality issues
4. Communicating clearly and effectively with various managers and suppliers with a good command of English
5. Be a pro-active conscientious team player working towards a common goal while improving the general morale of the team

Candy Hoover Suzhou is a wholly owned foreign enterprise based in Suzhou. It reports and provides services to its parent company Candy Hoover Group srl who are a privately owned domestic appliance manufacturer based in Brugherio, Italy. Candy Hoover Group srl was formed in 1st January 2010 from the previous company Candy Elettrodomestici which was originally founded in 1945 with its initial production of washing machine. In 1995 Candy Elettrodomestici bought Hoover European Appliance group from Maytag adding to its major appliance division a vacuum cleaner manufacturer. Our office in Suzhou is responsible for the concept, design, development, testing, sourcing and quality management of our Small Domestic Appliances.
