职位描述：

工作要求Job Requirements;

1. 从事行内工作至少有五年以上经验;

At least two years working experience.

2. 个人交际能力好，口头表达能力好,对人有礼貌，懂得一定的关系处理,或处理经验丰富,具有一定的人格魅力.第一印象好能给客户信任;

Good personal communication skills, good oral expression ability, polite to people, have rich experience to set up well relationship.

3. 工作态度良好,热情,积极主动,不计较个人得失,有奉献精神;

Good working attitude, enthusiasm, don't care about personal gain and loss, have the dedication;

4. 有一定的书写能力,会使用电脑,Office简单操作,每周需通过网络递交周报;

Have certain writing ability, can use the computer, Office and simple operation, a week need to submit weekly report through the network;

岗位职责 Job Responsibility

1. 负责跟踪驻厂每天反馈的日报更新在抱怨清单，并在次晨将抱怨清单发给各个部门负责人

Update daily report in complaint list and inform the list to dept leader

2. 跟踪微信群里客户驻厂提出零件更换需求，负责零件领取寄送及费用领料单开具;

Following up the requirement from customer service in Wei chat, and prepare samples to customer service.

3. 负责客户驻厂寄回的快递收取并记录在退件跟踪清单里;

Be responsibility of express from customer service and recording in tracking list

4. 负责记录CQ发送的抱怨信息收集并记录在抱怨清单，并完成每月月报统计.;

Be responsibility of customer from CQ and recording tracking list for monthly report.

5. 负责客户驻厂每月筛选费用统计并报财务做账;

Be responsibility of monthly expense from customer service and collect information to Finance

6. 负责客户驻厂劳保用品及其它需求申请;

Be responsibility of labor insurance and other requirement form customer service

7. 完成部门报销费用登记统计工作;

Record dept expense for regular expenditure

8. 完成客户驻厂退回的零件负入库及不合格品单签署工作;

Warehousing returned part to Nonconforming warehouse and get NonconformingMaterials Communication & Resolving Report signed

9. 及时应对领导交于的其它工作任务;

Obey leader’s assignment for company other issue.
