岗位职责
Job Responsibility
1. 公司文件审核、登记、存档、发布；
All Control document management, including document audit, registration, archive and issue.
2. 旧版本文件回收、作废；
The Obsolete document management；Including recycle and obsolete.
3. VW D特性文件检查登记扫描；同时严格执行公司文件保密制度；
VW D Characteristic document registration and management；Strictly implement the confidentiality agreement
4.外来文件登记存档;
External file registration and management；
5.CCC文件符合性审核, 确保CCC证书的有效性;
All DCC document audit and Tracking, make sure CCC certificate within the period of validity;
6.工程变更管理追踪和审核
EC Management tracking and audit；
7.协助IATF16949质量体系的维护、审核及改善工作；
Support IATF16949 System maintenance, audit and continue improvement；
8.领导交代其他事情；
Any other things as the supervisor requirements;

工作要求
Job Requirements
1.负责协调全公司受控文件&资料的审核、登记、存档、发布工作，并对各中心/部门文件、资料管理工作进行监督、指导和检查；
Responsibility for all control documents review、register 、Storage and publish ，and mentor all users how to monitor and check it;
2.负责公司文件和有关资料的收集、回收、整理、分类、鉴定、保管、保护、统计、报废等工作。
All Control Document Collect、Recall、Classify 、Stat. 、Protect and Obsolete so on Management;
3.严格执行保密制度，做好文件资料保密等级和守密、解密工作；
Strictly implement the confidentiality agreement，and keep all documents secure rules as requirement;
4.组织公司各部门文件管理人员的学习与培训，负责指导他们的工作.按照文件的保存期限管理文件;
Organize all related department users to training how to use and transfer all requirement; Keep the document base on the document archived period requirement;
5.做好防火、防盗、防虫等工作，确保文件资料安全；
Keep all documents how to protect fire 、security、insect and so on about safety require;
6.为确保文件的有效性，进行文件符合性审核和评估。
To keep all documents available, make the preparation for the audit.
7.审核VKMS文件格式,确保文件格式的正确
