Responsibilities:
1. Define manufacturing strategy, capital, tooling requirements for new project.
2. Desponsible for the fixture design, clear technical requirement input to supplier for the fixture design achievement.
3. Responsible for the design change implementation on process including cost change of fixture, investment, etc.
4. Responsible for all of critical process requirements achievement in R&R.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. More than 6 years in related field
3. Strong communication skill, spoken & written English would be an advantage.
4. Be proactive and take responsibility for reporting risks to the project success experience in the process of exhaust system or other automotive products which require the usage of welding.
5. Strong analytical skill

This position is for Tenneco China Engineering Center which is located in Jiading Anting with shuttle bus provided for commute

Additionally equity Share: TEN--55%, STEC---45%. The company locates in Anting International Automotive Town and is close to Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Company. The company is mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of emission control system including manifold, catalytic converter, muffler and diesel after-treatment system.
