职位描述：
工作职责：
？ 针对不同物料或者配件，制定检验需求，并保证持续更新这些需求；
？ 负责IPQC/OQC检验事项，针对现场发生的不合格、或影响产品质量的行为发出整改并进行跟踪。
？ 协调IQC/IPQC/OQC 问题解决。
？ 跟踪验证产品改善对策是否有效。
？ 协助IQC完成物料检验及不符合事项确认。
？ 有时需要出差供应商端进行发货前产品检验.



能力要求：
？ 三年以上机械行业品质工程师工作经验。
？ 熟悉机械，塑胶，标准件等检验要求，熟练使用各种检验工具。
？ 良好的沟通能力、逻辑能力及文件编写能力，能协调各部门进行品质异常处理。
？ .为人仔细，负责，勤奋，能将异常改善跟踪到完成。
？ 英语读写能力熟练；
？ 最好有外企工作经验；

2. Responsibilities

Making inspection requirements per materials or parts and keep the requirements on-going updated;
Responsible for IPQC/OQC inspection, take recording and follow up improvement the defects of the produce line.
Be the coordinator to solve the IQC/IPQC/OQC Inspection issues.
Follow up the improvements of the product and check if it works.
Support IQC to finish the inspection of the in-coming materials, and confirm with the other departments for non-conformance corrections.
Sometimes he or she needs to go to supplier’s factory to do the inspection before they shipping.


3. Authority
He/she will be reporting directly to Quality Manager.

4. Position Profile
At least 3 years machinery industry quality Engineer working experience.
Familiar with the machinery, metal, plastic, standard parts inspection requirements, familiar with kinds of inspection tools.
Good communication skills, logical ability and document writing ability, can coordinate the other departments to work for the quality improvements
