工作职责：
1.执行公司的操作流程以良好的态度为客户提供卓越优质的服务；
2.处理和准备进出口报关必要的文件，与报关行紧密联系；
3.确保以准时的服务态度去对待所有客户的订单与及时准确地回复客户的问题；
4.确保系统的录入和建立文档的准确性；
5.团队精神，紧密地与本部及其它部门的同事进行日常沟通，确保能满足客户的需求及能解决日常业务问题；
6.在必要时紧密跟踪货物动态，例如难度大的货物及因故推迟的货物等，并同时保证有效的内部及与客户之间的沟通；
7.协调及安排国内运输 – 提货及运送，并直接与仓库主管联系；
8.了解并熟悉操作成本，对任何因需要提供额外操作要求的客户进行报价，并提供正确的交接单给财务部；
9.完成经理布置的其他工作。
要求：
1.大专及以上学历，物流专业或接受过相关专业培训者优先
2.英语四级以上，流利的口语和书面英语，普通话，懂粤语者优先
3.5年以上相关工作经验（国际海/空运）
4.熟练使用计算机软件，如Word和Excel
5.能高效地在客户设定的截止日期内完成任务
6.良好的沟通能力，.注重团队合作，能在一定压力下工作
7.当工作需要时愿意并且能够加班，做事认真，负责
