职位描述：
本职位上班地点在宁波、义乌、扬州

1. Contact factory to ensure that the goods are finished on time as per PO, prior to inspection
2. Obtain approval sample from the QC administrator before inspection is undertaken.
3. Visit factories during production (Dupro) and carry out detailed inspection s to agreed AQL levels, paying particular attention to the manufacturing process, online QC and raw material approval process.
4. Visit factories for final inspection once goods have been completed (FRI) to agreed AQL levels to ensure that finished products are exported from China in the best possible condition and Matrix APA’s seal of approval.
5. Ensure all inspection are recorded on the internal inspection report and are submitted to head office within 2 working days of the inspection.
6. Work closely with factory management and QC personnel to ensure Matrix APA goods are being manufactured to the highest possible standard.
7. Where applicable offer training and advice to factory personnel to ensure all product meets highest possible standards.
8. Work with the merchandising team to establish quality requirements applicable to each order, being conscious that each product will require varying inspection criteria.
9. Liaise with the merchandiser team to priorities your calendar and ensure best use of all resources.
10. Follow working processes and procedures to ensure all areas of your projects are managed effectively and to avoid unnecessary errors.
11. Manage and build relationships with colleagues within the Asia team.
12. Work with your manager to ensure absolute understanding of all projects briefs and discuss with the HK team if further clarification is needed.
