Job description:
1.This full time job position reports to both Purchasing Manager in USA and Merchandise & Product Development Manager in China office;
2.Create, finalize and document all the customers' product specifications;
3.Perform all pre-production samples inspections/approvals and offer comments to vendors;
4.Monitor and manage Specification sheet and Pre-production samples pro-actively and reduce shipping delays;
5.This position should also help to perform inspections(DUPRO & FRI) in an emergency on shipment before shipping.
Qualifications and Skills/requirements:
a) Textiles related college graduates with good spoken English but with excellent written English level,CET-6 preferred.
b) Be willing to work under pressure;
c) Minimum 5 years working experience in home textile products industry as a specification role or workmanship area responsibilities, exporting bedding products manufacturing or relevant manufacturing industry preferred;
d) Familiar with the workmanship of various home textiles products(for example mattresses, toppers, quilts, mattress protectors, pillows, bedskirts, sheet sets) and its fabrics;
e) Proficient PC skills including Photoshop or Coredraw, MS Word, Excel, Adobe Reader and Microsoft Outlook or Foxmail;
f) Easy-going and self motivated character, team work oriented, be able to identify and resolve potential problems independently and proactively.
