职位描述：

1. 日常行政前台工作，接待访客/订餐/新员工入职准备：相关考勤卡/更衣柜/宿舍分配工作Daily Reception work, Guest visiting/meal order/preparation for new onboard; Including employees card/housing/locker room

2. 餐厅消费系统管理/月度餐费核算/菜单更新/餐厅售货机管理/电视系统

Management of canteen card system/monthly meal fee summary/weekly menu update/vendor machine in canteen/TV system

3. 员工福利卡管理，申购及发放/明细整理，生日卡/春节/妇女节/儿童节/端午节/中秋节/元旦；结婚福利/生育福利/丧葬福利

Employee benefit card management and application; Employee birthday/Spring Festival/Women’s Day/Children’s Day/Dragon Boat Festival/Mid-Autumn Day/New Year’s Day; Employee Marriage/ Maternity/Family Bereavement

4. 办公家具/设备/办公用品及纯净水申购管理，按月/季度统计各部门的需求申购并发放，保证办公室供给；办公室绿化盆景植物管理；办公室门牌/员工座位铭牌管理，定期更新并组织发放

Application and management of office furniture/equipment/stationery; water & coffee supply; office plant & door/seat plate management and update

5. 工作服的申购及发放，根据计划及时申购工作服，按照员工手册的相关规定组织发放

Management of employee uniform, application and distribution uniform based on HC plan and employee handbook policy

6. 酒店预订支持，帮助来访客人预订本地协议酒店/客户地协议酒店充值管理；月度差旅机票帐单付款

Support of contract hotel booking; Charge management of contract hotel in customer location; monthly air tickets checking and payment

7. 人才公寓及员工宿舍管理工作，入住搬离手续办理及费用结算

Talent Apartment &Dormitory management, Monthly expense report

8. 行政费用统计申请/付款资料整理；公司各类活动的举办及相关支持工作

Daily Admin expense application and admin cost summary and report/payment document; employee activity support and implement

9. 其他相关行政模块支持工作，以及领导交待的临时事项

Other related admin function support and the tasks delivered by supervisor

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. 本科以上学历，英语良好 (CET-6）

2. 形象气质佳，性格开朗

3. 做事仔细认真，有一定的抗压性

4. 1-2年的工作经验，特别优秀的应届毕业生也可

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers.
