职位描述：
？ Maintain and build relations with existing and new suppliers in China维护和建立与中国现有和新供应商的关系
？ Drive purchasing strategies for the assigned Product Groups with colleague from HQ为指定的产品组和总部的同事制定采购策略
？ Visit main suppliers on regular base.定期拜访主要供应商
？ Visit new potential suppliers and exhibitions拜访潜在供应商和参加展览会
？ Task force and trouble shooting in case of delivery problems保证按时交货
？ Support implementation of global purchasing strategies支持公司全球采购战略的实施
？ Support the Buying team.支持采购团队
？ Plan and coordinate activities with the SQE team.与SQE团队进行计划和协调
？ 职位要求：
？ Female / Male, 28-36男女不限
？ Solid experience in Purchasing丰富的采购经验
？ Strong commitment to business targets较强的目标性
？ taking ownership, team player with strong leadership to achieve results良好的领导能力和团队合作精神
？ Great negotiation skills and ability to make decisions良好的谈判技巧和决策能力

？ Good command of English, both spoken and written (minimum CET 6 )良好的英语读写能力
？ Preferred knowledge of Plastics / Rubber and Stainless Steel sheet processing ( forming tubes ) 塑料/橡胶及不锈钢板材加工(成型管)的首选知识
> 3 year experience in Purchasing of hard ware ( preferred rubber / plastics and SS tubes ) 3年及以上五金(首选橡胶/塑料和s管)采购经验
？ knowledge of common Office programs熟练使用办公软件
