Scope and Specific Responsibilities

1. Accept and check booking from overseas agents or local vendors.
2. Communicate with overseas agents/KAM/Commercial Team for shipping instruction.
3. Book space with carriers and release S/O to shipper,space management.
4. Local vendor management.
5. Support KAM/Commercial Team/Overseas agents for sailing schedule/local handling issue.
6. Support docs team.
7. Other jobs assigned by team leader

Skills & Knowledge:
- College degree or above
- Fluent in English, particularly reading and writing
- Good working attitude , team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and presentable
