职位描述：
一、职位描述：
1、熟悉机器人应用领域，负责收集、分析机器人市场的行业动态，开展机器人应用目标市场的调研与开拓，负责制定工业机器人及自动化装配系统的项目销售计划与销售方案；协助工程人员、客户制定运用机器人替代人力及现有设备的规划工作；
2、负责收集项目实施情况的信息，及时反馈客户要求及售后信息；
3、配合技术支持团队满足客户需求，与研发工程师进行工作配合，共同完成机器人的安装、调试及售后服务，更好地服务于客户；
4、负责开发维护客户资源，维护合作伙伴、最终用户的良好关系，达成销售目标；指导客户技术服务人员做好项目前期、中期、后期服务，稳定老客户群，提高客户服务满意度，寻找销售机会，开发新客户及制定相应的销售策略；
5、负责解决客户就销售和服务提出的投诉，提升客户满意度；
6、及时提交销售相关的报告和数据；负责跟进销售回款。
二、岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，市场营销、机电、电子、机械工程、工业自动化等相关专业毕业；
2、具备良好的沟通协调能力、学习能力，良好的团队合作精神，具有一定的商务谈判能力及客户心理分析能力，对市场有敏锐洞察力；
3、对电子制造业有一定的了解，懂工业自动化产品的应用；
4、有机电设备实际销售经验（焊接机器人、搬运码垛机器人、喷涂机器人、上下料机器人等销售经验），业绩突出者优先录用； 举报 分享
