职位描述：
Responsibilities:
*Overall responsible for daily work of Accounting department and ensure all sorts of financial procedures and policies implement strictly;
*Perfect Accounting regulations and operation procedure, and improve the efficiency of financial work and cost control;
*Guide and arrange subordinate to complete monthly closing and ensure various financial date and statement deliver timely and accurately;
*In charge of tax related task, tax avoidance in legal way according to national law and internal financial regulations and rules;
*Make annual financial budget planning and monitor the budget performance;
*Organize and coordinate annual internal and external auditing;
*Provide financial analysis for decision and development of organization business when necessary;
*Consolidation reporting to HQ monthly and other sister companies reports;
*Other task assigned and keeping good relationship with HQ in U.S.

Competencies:
*Bachelor or above degrees in accounting or finance related discipline.
*More than 8 years working experience with at least 5 years managerial experience as accounting manager in a foreign company, preferable in North American companies.
*Knowledge of Oracle system, VAT and local Tax policy.
*Good team player, detail oriented, patient and able to work under pressure.
*Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
*Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking. 举报 分享
