Job description
This position is responsible for assisting compensation and benefits leader in Compensation and Benefits projects and ensuring a smooth and efficient HR shared service operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies, tools and practices, ensuring consistency with market practice and compliance with employment laws
2. Handle monthly payroll, tax and social insurance, housing fund arrangement
3. Assist in compensation and benefits projects such as annual review, bonus payout and benefits related programme
4. Update and maintain information in HRIS
5. Manage leave system and maintain periodically
6. Handle HR operations area such as on-boarding, contract renewal and work permit arrangement
7. Provide HR reports and analysis
8. Prepare full set of employment documents and follow up all logistics arrangements
9. Handle general enquires from internal/external parties
QULIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources or Statistics related major
2. Minimum 2 year of experience in Human Resources, MNC background is a plus. For those who have no experience in Human Resources but with previous background in handling number and data and would like to pursue Human Resources profession are welcome and will be considered as Officer level
3. Strong sense of responsibility, independent, efficient, well organized, able to meet deadline and work under pressure
4. Sensitive to numbers and attention to details
5. Familiar with MS office especially proficient in mastering excel
6. Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese/ Mandarin
