KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Plant maintenance cost tracking and maintain, adherence to budget
？ Repair plan and quality supervision status tracking and management
？ Shut down planning
？ Responsible for equipment optimization, strong technical support to improve productivity and quality
？ Spare parts plan and audit; maintain in SAP
Documentation:
？ Creation and maintenance (control schematics, reports, databases, guidelines)
？ Responsible for approved fixed assets/capital and its appropriate use, lead team work
？ Set the preventive / predictive maintenance scheduling
？ Develop standard maintenance procedure
？ Maintain P&IDs and plant documents system
？ Cooperate with plant engineer teams, organize Multi-disciplinary team work
？ Support Invest project feasibility, process study and hand over work
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
Educational background:
？ University degree or equivalent in chemical industry engineering or chemical equipment manufacturing engineering or related
Skills:
？ Knowledge of relevant legislation, official specifications, regulations and technicalinstructions
？ Basic knowledge in maintenance management
？ Multidisciplinary technical knowledge
？ Good budget preparation and spare part management
？ Good experience in project involvement
？ Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
？ -Good English reading skill, good spoken English preferred
？ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experiences:
？ Relevant working experience over 5 years in chemical industry
？ Good experience in project involvement
Special qualifications:
？ Problem/result- oriented working , creative/practical thinking
？ Independent/ innovative working
？ Cost consciousness
？ Good budget preparation and spare parts management skills
？ Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, good communication skills, team spirit
