职位描述：
岗位职责
1、负责前台来访人员的接待；
2、负责电话、邮件、信函的收转发工作，做好工作信息的记录、整理、建档；
3、根据要求采购日常办公用品及员工名片制作等工作，并及时登帐；
4、负责员工出差预订机票、火车票、客房等，差旅人员行程及联络登记；
5、负责办公室饮用水、电费、网络电话的管理；
6、负责公司会议室使用管理及办公区卫生环境管理；
7、完成领导交办的其他或临时工作。

任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，可接受应届毕业生；
2、具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，及较强的保密意识；
3、熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件；
4、形象气质好，乐观开朗，服务意识强，身高163以上，年龄28岁以下 举报 分享

公司拥有专业的工业设计、结构设计、电子线路、嵌入式等设计人员，国外设计专家、海外留学生、硕士研究生组成的设计团队，拥有手板、快速成型等制作经验丰富的样品样机制作团队；并拥有CNC数控加工中心、激光快速成型设备、低压灌注机、离心浇铸机、真空成型机等设备。
