Recruitment Job-Local and Oversea Office:
-Responsible for expanding & maintaining & evaluating Recruitment Channels, including interner channels & campus channels & wechat, and well manage suppliers to ensure channels under good condition.
-Sorting cv & issue JD
-Practice interview in tel interview and 1st round interview , interview coordination jobs for 2nd & 3rd round,
-Liaise with definite universities to implement campus recritment for junior position and keep the company viable from absorb fresh.
-Practice hiring process in internal documents like confirmation/offer letter...
Internal Management:
-Make labor contract/part time agreement/termination agree/recruiting related service contract
-Onboard&Termination check list
-Employee P.file maintenance
-Expatriates mamagement including working permit and residence permit
-Vendor management including local and oversea recruitment channels and insurance,ect
-Info path system management including data key in, information maintenance.
Others:
-Fast to learn and familiar with nationwide /oversea hr related laws and policies
-Implement company policy and work process
-Work with hr team /suppliers to operate project
-Assist N+1 or manager in other daily works
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree and above
-2-3year of progressive and demonstrated experience in a hr operation function
-Good english listening and speaking ability, French speaking ability will be a plus
-Ability to work independently
-Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills,strong sense of initiative and ability to be proactive and show a degree of flexibility
-Able to handle people of diversified culture
-Related industry if preferred
