Duties & Responsibilities / 工作职责：
- Interact with customer to solve technical problems as requested;
- Interact with overseas factories, German central service and other departments;
- Interact with engineers overseas for technical problems;
- Maintain effective communication with engineers and make progress to optimize work orders;
- Manage and follow up with project and escalations;
- Prepare report as requested;
- Promote our products and provide service tips as requested;
- Assist with product presentations during exhibitions and open houses;
- Finish other jobs assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement / 任职要求:
- Bachelor degree, major in mechanical or electrical engineering or related;
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in the machine tools industry, excellent graduates are also accepted.
- Good German language skills, especially in speaking;
- Good knowledge of technical English;
- Practical knowledge of Office tools, especially in EXCEL and PPT.
