Merchandiser

滑板采购跟单经验优先

Responsibilities:

1. Keep cost competitiveness by price negotiation & cost control with the suppliers for all new articles.

2. Continuously work with cost reductions for existing articles.

3. Ensure all supplier quotations, samples, tooling and packaging are completed within the time frame.

4. Coordinate with Quality/PD Engineer/Operation team to track and ensure the whole product development procedure to be completed before the deadline (including production testing, capacity, on-time delivery).

5. Maintain supplier performance and identify the needs of the new suppliers.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Minimum 4 year university degree in a related study.

2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in merchandising or purchasing hard goods is a must, product knowledge/experience in action sports(skateboards,skates etc)/toys preferable.

3. Strong negotiation skills in working with suppliers on product and price.

4. Highly motivated with high sense of urgency and initiative, must be able to work under pressure and tight schedules, with frequent traveling in China.

5. Have Passion and "Can-Do-Attitude"

6. Fluent in English (written and oral) and Mandarin (written and oral).

7. Must have strong computer skills, email, Word, Excel, etc.
