职位描述：

1.负责联系国内客户，协调安排货物出口操作以及国外代理的沟通联系。接受订单，船期安排，及资料查询，整理，费用录入等。海外代理业务文件的制作及其后期货物情况的跟踪处理，客户投诉，纠纷的处理及上级交办的其他相关工作。
2.与客户建立并强化关系，以获得更多销售机会。为不同的客户群制定不同的拜访周期计划。充分利用管理客户信息，销售机会及销售行为。协调业务的操作过程，与其他部门共同为客户提供优质的服务。
3.大专以上学历，国际贸易或相关专业，英语四级以上，书面及口语流利，熟悉外贸单证流程，熟练使用办公软件。
4.要求工作态度认真、负责，具备良好的职业素养及高度敬业精神。具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神及服务意识，能承受一定的工作压力。
