Role: 角色
？ Support Mita-Teknik’s Sales Department.
支持销售部工作
？ Create sales quotations and orders, and ensure timely follow-up.
创建销售报价单和订单，确保及时更进
？ Create written offers on standard products.
创建标准产品的书面协议
？ Coordinate customer requests and prepare first draft of offers in cooperation with the appropriate sales responsible.
协助客户需求并准备协议草稿
？ Create, proofread and translate letters, contracts, offers and minutes of meetings.
创建，核对，以及翻译文件，合同，协议，会议纪要等
？ Follow-up on actions agreed with customers as stated in minutes of meeting.

？ Follow-up on payment plans and overdue payments.

？ Follow-up on customer delivery plans and orders.

？ Follow-up on customer credit assurance.

？ Coordinate all BAD/LC activities, including changes, required documentation and follow-up throughout the organization.

？ Maintain the CRM system; including updating all customer information and documentation.

？ Coordinate customer contact and customer communication.

？ Follow-up on sales to ensure necessary information needed to create sales orders in Axapta. Furthermore to ensure that information is uploaded or is visible in Axapta, in respect of agreed terms

？ Create sales orders subject to Mita-Teknik processes and guidelines (f.x. signed contract and secured payment must be received)
