Job Summary
Responsible for the accurate accounting booking which is complied with GAAP, China CAS and corporate accounting policy. Continuously drive for better internal control through optimizing internal process. Provide valuable financial analysis for business decision making based on strong business sense and good professional skill.

Responsibilities
1. The responsibility includes but not limited to GL, AP, Fixed Asset, Inventory and costing; Make sure that all transactions be in proper account and ensure all forms of financial reports are properly stated in accordance with corporate accounting policy, US GAAP or China GAAP.
2. Continuously improve monthly GL account reconciliation process, ensure all the reconciling items to be resolved in a timely manner.
3. Responsible for annual MFG cost budget process. Continuously improve the standard cost roll-up process and cost plan variance analysis in the budget cycle to improve the COS plan accuracy.
4. Can initiate the cross department / function project for continuous process optimization for better internal control and more efficiency based on well understanding of supply chain operation process. Drive and lead the cross department / function project achieving success through good technical skill and personal influence.
5. Provide sound opinion or suggestion to MFG management in business decision making through professional financial analysis. Help business department leader to place the effective control on big capital spending project as well as the actual expense management.
6. Support / assist and can provide the valuable suggetion to tax director in any of tax planning, tax audit and risk assessment. Maintain a good relationship with the local tax authority.
7. Selects, trains, motivates, evaluates, and rewards accounting staffs to build a professional and efficient accounting team with passion of growth.

Requirement
1. Bachelor degree in accounting.
2. Qualified CPA certification is preferred.
3. Total of 8 or above working experience in MFG Accounting function of a multination company with 4 years as an Supervisor or above.
4. Must have good communication skills in English and Chinese.
5. Familiar with ERP software, JDE system is a preference.
6. Familiar with CAS and US GAAP.
7. Familiar with local tax law is preferred.
