职位描述

Primary Responsibilities

? Works closely with Human Resources Director and management team to support organization and talent development, employee communication and related HR projects to achieve a better work environment and greater employee engagement.


? Understand the business strategy and organization development needs. Focus on designing and developing a structural organizational wide Learning and Development framework and programs with measurable matrix. Responsible for L&D budget and programs execution to achieve L&D KPIs.


? Develop and deliver learning solutions/courses to support the competency requirements. Identify and develop internal trainers pool.


? Develop a systematic approach to manage and develop talents. Forster a learning culture and positive attitude.

? In charge of all L&D related planning, proposal, logistics, evaluation, and reporting.

? Be a role model for our employees in order for them to share in our company values, enthusiasm, and commitment in our business.


? Works with HR Director to collaborate with other regional HR management on major initiatives and/or policies or issues of significance to the business; provides input into the development of HR strategies and plans; serves as an advocate for the business - provides input and feedback on major HR initiatives and consultation on business issues/requirements to ensure effectiveness of initiatives.


? Work collaboratively as team member to support HR projects and assignments.

Level of Formal Education: ? B.S. / B.A. degree or international equivalent in
Area of Study: business, human resources or related
Years of Experience: 10 years above HR relevant experience, at least 3 years focus on L&D area in MNCs.
Type of Experience: Learning & Development, Organization Development, Training, HR Generalist
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Certified trainer
Information Systems: MS Office
