- Holds a degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
- Good reporting and analytical skills.
- Sound knowledge and hands on experience in overall accounting practices, processes and general accepted principles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements.
- Computer Skills, particularly in the use of MS Office, E-Mail and Finance management systems.
- Effective trainer, able to facilitate at all levels.
- Minimum two to four years work experience as Assistant Director of Finance / Finance Manager / Chief Accountant in a hotel or in a similar large organization or firm.
- Preferable prerequisite is experience in the hospitality or traveling industry.
