岗位概述

Perform specific quality engineering activities related with implementation of new products (EPDP programs) and improvements of actual products (OFP activities).
? Participate on meeting with cross functional teams, including people from another units and countries
? Apply quality plan tools to new parts
? Execute Design, Process and Assembly Reviews (DPARs)
? Develop Process FMEA for critical and major parts related with welding process
? Develop control plans and apply capabilities studies to critical parts
? PPAP (Production Part Approval Part) execution for new or changed parts
? Gathers and analyzes data pertinent to quality tools in the Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process (EOFP) and Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP)
? Conduct Project Risk Assessment Reviews
Support and implement process to drive corrective action to improve both product and process quality

任职资格
? Project management skills
? Knowledge of quality tools: PPAP (production Part Approval Process); Process and Design FMEAs; Control Plans; SPC (Statistical Process Control) and MSA (Measurement System Analysis);
? Knowledge of drawing interpretation, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T);
? Knowledge of quality improvement methodology process: PDCA; Pareto Charts; basic statistics; Root Cause Analysis
? Experience working with people of different cultures
? English language
