职位描述
供应商质量工程师
工作职责：
1． 提高供应商质量及物流表现，引导供应商的发展及持续改进活动。
2． 验证及核准供应商的APQP及PPAP，如有需要时， 对供应商进行必要地辅导或培训
3． 对供应商进行体系，现场及产品审核
4． 供应商纠正与预防措施的追踪
5． 对检验员进行样品检查的辅导并对其给出的样品报告予以核准
6． 供应商处进行出货批次检验
7． 辅导供应商解决问题
8. 与BU、公司部门间和供应商之间及时沟通客户投诉问题。像8D报告的提交等事项
资历要求：
1． 机电/机械/液压相关专业
2． 五年以上工业环境经验，有汽车工业经验的优先考虑
3． 熟悉ISO9001：2000及QS9000, TS16949质量体系
4． 熟悉齿轮箱，铸件，锻件及机加工件的工艺及质量控制
5. 了解万向节及驱动轴产品优先考虑
6. 熟悉管理工具例如：APQP，PPAP，MSA，SPC，FMEA，8D及控制计划等。
7. 熟悉各种检验设备如：CMM，工具显微镜及一般通用量具
8． 良好的团队协作精神，细心，精确，稳定并注重细节；具备良好的职业素养和高度自觉性
9． 具备良好的与供应商的沟通技巧
10. 具备英文沟通能力
