Job Duties 工作职责：
- Create shipment job timely and accurately in computer system when required by operation.应操作员要求及时准确地在系统内输入装船信息
- Inform transit office about relevant information in case of skybridge如遇中途需转运接驳的，协助把相关信息告知运输部门。
- Send pre-alert to destination including HB/L, MB/L and credit or debit note协助发送预报给目的港，包括HB/L、MB/L、多付款和欠付款。
- Support operation on faxing and copying work if necessary如有必要，协助操作员作好传真、复印等日常工作。

Job Requirements 岗位要求：
- College degree or above major in Logistics, International Trade or relevant
大专及以上学历，物流、国际贸易等相关专业。
- 1 year experience with forwarding company, trading company or relevant business industry有在货运、贸易等相关行业工作经验者优先
- Knowledge of International Trade一定的国际贸易知识
- Good command of English both verbal and written较好掌握英语的口语和书面应用
- Good computer skill and Typing proficiency良好的电脑技能，打字熟练。
- Sense of responsibility责任心强。
- Attentive to details注重细节。
