基本职责:包括但不限于

Essential Functions（Including but not limited）:

1 负责保安公司的管理，每周组织召开保安会议，做好会议记录，持续提升保安服务质量；确保公司有一个安全的办公环境；

In charge of the management of security guard, organize weekly security meeting with security guard supplier, make meeting record, improve security service, and ensure that the company has a safe environment.

2 负责公司餐厅供应商管理，包括餐厅设备的维护，餐厅服务及质量的监督，每周与餐厅负责人进行一次沟通，每季度进行员工满意度调查并及时反馈给餐厅，确保良好的就餐质量和就餐环境；

In charge of the management of company canteen, include the maintenance of canteen facility, monitor canteen service and quality, organize weekly meeting with canteen supplier, and quarterly service survey, provide survey result to canteen for improvement, and ensure a safe and enjoyable canteen environment.

3 负责园区绿地维护，保洁等事宜，每天一次巡检，每周与供应商进行一次例会并做好会议记录；

In charge of the green yard maintenance, housekeeping of the whole park, make daily routine inspection, make weekly meeting with supplier and keep the record for file.

4 负责公司员工的安全，包括安全意识的培养，安全防护用品的配置和维护，每季度组织一次员工安全培训并做好培训记录。

In charge of the management of employee safety, include improving the sense of safety, safety equipment preparation and maintenance, organize quarterly safety training and make record.

5 负责公司行政事务的管理，包括公司车辆，司机，酒店，机票，出行安排，办公用品的采购和分发记录等。

Responsible for NIP overall admin affairs, include company cars, drivers, hotel, flight tickets, business travel arrangement, office stationary purchasing and distribution records etc.

6 负责公司代表团及访客的接待工作。

Responsible for the greeting of the visit of guests and customer delegation.

7 负责公司办公家具的维护和保管。

Responsible for the management of office furniture.

8 其他突发事件的处理和解决；

Deal with other emergent issues;

9 部门经理交待的其他任务。

Fulfill other assignments by the department manager.

1 熟练使用计算机办公软件，尤其是能熟练操作Word和Excel和报表运用能力。

Skilled in computer office software, especially Word, Excel and reports.

2 .能流利的与客户、访客或员工进行英语或普通话的沟通。

Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

3 能很好承受工作压力，保质保量地在规定时间内完成工作任务。

Be able to deal with work pressure, complete tasks timely with good quality and quantity.

4 具有良好的服务意识，能接受、包容新的服务意识和服务观点， 能倾听客户、访客或员工的需求，根据需求做出正确、快速的反应并良好跟进。

Has good service consciousness, be able to accept new service sense and views, listen to the requirements of clients, visitors or employees, response and follow-up quickly according to the requirements.

5 具有良好的突发事件处理能力和时间管理能力，能正确判断事件的紧急或重要性，能胜任工作事宜上的独立操作和独立处理。

Has a good ability to deal with emergency and time management skills. Be able to judge the events according to emergency or importance correctly. Be able to work independently.

  宁波北欧工业园区（英文NORDIC INDUSTRIAL PARK，简称NIP）是浙江省镇海经济开发区的园中园。园区位于宁镇公路与金川路交叉口，明州大桥以东，距宁波北高教园区、宁波大学、中科院宁波材料研究所不足3公里，距宁波新市政府约15分钟车程，毗邻镇海码头和北仑港集装箱码头。已建成的地铁2号线一期特意在园区入口专门设立了一个站点（清水浦站），地理位置优越，交通便利
   Nordic Industrial Park (“NIP” for short) is an industrial park within Zhenhai Economic Development Zone, located at the intersection of Ningzhen Road and Jinchuan Road; to the east of Mingzhou Bridge; with no more than three kilometers away from Ningbo North Higher Education Zone, Ningbo University and Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology & Engineering Chinese Academy of Sciences; about 15 minutes by car from the place where the Ningbo Government (new) locates ; and close to Zhenhai Wharf and Beilun Container Terminal. The first phase of MRT Line II (completed already) has set a station (Qing Shui Pu) on NIP property.

  As the largest concentration of foreign enterprises in Ningbo, NIP has more than 50 tenants who are all wholly foreign-owned small and medium –sized companies; over 80% are from Nordic countries like Norway, Denmark, Sweden etc. In the year of 2013, the total industrial output value of NIP reached RMB 1.4 billion, bringing more than RMB 3 billion total industrial output values along the industry chains. In that very year, the amount of tax payment by the whole park was over RMB 100 million. With the tax amount per mu of RMB 250,000, NIP stands out as one of the largest tax payers (per mu) in Zhejiang Province.

  Specializing in offering unique production/assembly/office facilities with overall business services, NIP strives to assist overseas corporate (especially those from Nordic countries) set up Representative Office, WFOE, FICE in Ningbo.
