职位描述
电源设计工程师
岗位职责：
1. 根据客户需求设计和开发中小型AC/DC和AC/AC线性电源（也设计开发开关电源）
2. 评估所有项目的成本、质量、要求以及工程实践
3. 优化产品设计降低产品BOM成本
4. 所设计产品中必须考虑产品安规的要求
5. 监督产品原型，设置测试参数，新产品投入制造，同时提供必要的技术支持给生产
6. 与公司其他部门密切合作以保证顺利生产，包括建议产品的测试参数
7. 通过期刊，研讨会，推进项目等途径在公司内部推广最先进的工程，制造方法和创新
8. 评估并解决产品项目的问题
9. 与新材料的供应商交流，设计改进现有产品
完成相关文件以支持设计、制造和产品推
要求：
1. 8-10年电源设计经验
2. 本科院校毕业或电子工程专业
3. 设计与开发1-300W AC/DC和AC/AC线性电源的相关知识
4. 熟悉 UL, CE, EuP，及EMC规范要求
5. 英语熟练
6. 能够跨部门以及与总部合作
7. 灵活，积极，善于团队协作，服从集体利益
8. 熟悉PowerPCB, Protel, Pads 以及相关软件
9. 熟悉常见的测试和测量仪器

Power Supplies Design Engineer
Essential functions/job description (responsibilities)
- Design and develop small to medium size AC/DC and AC/AC linear power supplies (preferably also switch mode power supplies) according to customer specifications
- Evaluate costs, quality, requirements and engineering practices in all projects
- Analyze design tradeoffs with references to product cost.
- Direct appropriate application of safety and regulatory certifications in all projects
- Oversee prototyping, set testing parameters, release new products to manufacturing and interface with production as needed.
- Work closely with other departments in the company to complete projects and ensure a smooth transition into production including suggested parameters for testing of production units
- Expand knowledge in state-of-the-art engineering, manufacturing methods and innovations in materials through technical journals, seminars, advance degree programs etc.
- Evaluate and solve project trouble shooting
- Coordinate with suppliers on new material and design improvements to existing products.
- Generate relevant documentation to support design, manufacture and marketing products
- Establish test & qualification environment for power supplies and components
Qualifications/Experience/Requirements
- 8-10 years of professional work experience in power supplies design required
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of 1-300W linear (and preferably switch mode) AC/DC and AC/AC power supplies design and development
- Knowledge of safety certifications for UL, CE, EuP, and EMC regulatory requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Able to cooperate cross departments internally and with HQ
- The candidate must be flexible, pro-active and willing to learn and contribute to meeting team objectives
- Familiar with PowerPCB, Protel, Pads or similar software
- Familiar with common test and measurement instruments
