MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
1.根据公司标准进行对供应商质量活动监督
Ensure suppliers’ quality standard according to company SOP.
a). 参与供应商质量评估，及资格认定。
Be involved in supplier evaluation.
b). 顾客反馈问题追踪，并出具方案，不合格品的质量追踪。
Track the problems issued by customers and finish proposal accordingly. Track unqualified products.
c). 检验中发现问题及时隔离可疑产品，报告相关主管，必要时立即停止该工序的生产直至问题的解决。
Pick out suapected product during quality inspection and report ot manager. When necessary, the production should be stopped till the problem is solved.
2.负责供应商样品与产品(过程&最终)检验和确认并出具报告。
Check sample and product（process & finish）from suppliers, and finish report efficiently.
a). 去供应商处进行现场检验。确认质量和交货数量，并提供可靠证据。
Carry out on spot inspection to ensure product quality and quantity, and provide evidence.
b). 监督装箱过程，并记录。
Make record for packing process.
c). 供应商质量文件的确认。
Confirm with suppliers for quality related files and documents.
3.供应商生产进度的核对，确认供应商生产时间和检验时间。
Confirm with supplier for production progress, and schedule the checking points.
4.参与质量体系工作。
Be involved in quality system.
a)新产品开发质量方案策划监督和改进建议
Plan quality inspection for new product development and make suggestion for improvement.
b)参与制定质量检验标准和检验指导书。
Give assistance in building quality inspection standard and quality inspection instruction.
c) 协助工厂完成有关工艺改进，工艺测试的工作。
Assist factory to improve process.
5.根据公司SOP文件以及方针公司其它部门通力协作。
Coordinate with all other departments according to SOPs.

Inventory of Knowledge & Skills Required for Position/任职资格
1. 机械类专科以上学历；
With degree of polytechnic school and above in mechanical field.
2. 三年以上机械行业检验经验；
Over tHuman Resourcesee years’ experience in quality inspection in mechanical industry
3. 具备机械图纸阅读能力，了解机械加工基础。
Be able to understand mechanical drawing and know machining.
4. 能够阅读检验英语。
Be skilled in quality inspection related English.
5. 了解ISO9001过程控制方法，基础的数据统计分析能力
Understand ISO9001, and can analyse statistics.
