Principal Accountabilities:
1, Grow the business to achieve assigned business in alliance with business imperatives of HACN RBWM
2, Ensure the services and sales quality and work effectiveness of branch staff
3, Engage in people development and build a first-class sales team
4, Ensure branch operations to be efficient and effective
5, Ensure products and services provided adhere to internal/external guidelines
6, Ensure all compliance, control measures and conduct operational risk management for direct sales force are undertaken
Requirements:
1, University Degree in related disciplines or relevant professional qualifications
2, Minimum 5 years' experience in retail banking and sales management
3, Minimum 3 years' experience in managing subordinates to develop good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
4, Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in the Mainland business
5, Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua
