初级项目工程师岗位职责：

产品设计 Product Design ( SolidWorks ):
1. 帮助客户产品进行持续改进，使用SolidWorks软件进行产品的模拟研究和分析
He/She is to assist in customers’ products continual improvement, conduct products simulation study and analysis using SolidWorks software.
2. 作为SolidWorks 领导要对NGS 有能力员工和/或所需人员进行培训.
He/She is the SolidWorks Champion to drive the training program for competent NGS staffs and/or required personnel.

供应链(外购) Supply Chain (Outsource):
1. 根据客户产品的要求, 寻找及开发新的潜在供应商. 通过对于供应商的网站的考察和评估来证明和验证供应商的能力和水平。
He/She is to source and develop new potential suppliers according to customers’ products’ requirements. He/She is to conduct suppliers’ site survey and assessment to justify and validate suppliers’ capability and competency.
2. 与客户和供应商就产品图纸、技术说明和要求、工艺设计、样品交货时间（如果要求）、出货和付款条款进行联系和沟通。
He/She is to liaise and communicate with customers and suppliers on products drawings, technical specifications and requirements, design for manufacturability, sample lead time (if require), delivery and payment terms.
3. 从供应商获得报价，选择最有竞争力的报价给相应的客户，在电子报价表中指明所有条款
He/She is to request for a quote from suppliers, select the most competitive quote and quote to customers accordingly, indicating all terms and conditions on quotation spreadsheet.
4. 当客户要求时，需陪同客户一起去供应商工厂．
He/She is required to accompany the customer to supplier factory upon request by the customer.
5. 与供应商确认样品后　，需要跟进并逐步向上级更新相关信息．
Upon confirmation on a project for samples requisition with the shortlisted supplier, he/she is required to follow-up with supplier accordingly and updates his superior progressively.
6. 如样品被客户通过后那供应商开发阶段就圆满结束
The supplier’s development is considered complete upon approval of First Article Submission.
7. 与质量部沟通样品检验计划并准备检验标准．
He/She is to liaise with QA Department to schedule for samples inspection and preparation of inspection criteria.
8. 确保质量部了解并明白所有的信息．
He/She is to ensure that all information are communicated and understood by QA Department.
9. 与物料计划&采购部联系出货安排.
He/She is to liaise with Material Planning & Logistics on shipment arrangement.
10. 其它指定的工作.
Any other tasks that are assigned.
岗位要求：

1. 大专以上学历，机械或设计专业毕业。
2. 三年以上Solidworks三维绘图工作经验,有供应商开发经验者优佳。
3. 熟悉及了解CAD图纸、PPAP流程、控制计划、工艺流程等。
4. 熟悉产品性能、检测及工艺流程。
5. 熟悉电机和汽车零部件，机械加工和冲压件、铸件和产品注塑件，挤塑件产品等。
6.熟练使用办公软件，Word/Excel.
7.能有一定的英语基础，能熟练读写。
8.能适应经常出差，工作认真、踏实、有责任心。
工作地点：宁波保税西区（北仑）

质量把关 -- 我们能够提供在供应商工厂进行采购检验或者在我公司位于宁波保税西区设备齐全的厂区进行100%全检或AQL检验。这几项服务是确保您采购的产品和零部件达到您指定的质量要求。

物流 -- 我们已经建立了一个物流网络以确保产品从供应商运输到我们的保税区港口，统一发货并准时抵达您想要到达的地方。此外，我们也帮客户处理进出口清关。

?    Quality Assurance – we can work with your local US or European prints, workmanship standards, and quality requirements to ensure they can be understood and applied by our local staff and suppliers and translated into local languages as necessary.
?    Quality Gate – we can provide sourcing inspection at the supplier locations or perform 100% or AQL inspection in our fully equipped facility in the Ningbo Free Trade Zone. These services ensure products and components you order meet the quality requirements you specified.
?    Logistics – we have an established network to ensure products move from the supplier to our Free Trade Port and are consolidated to arrive at your desired location, on time. We also handle all outbound clearance and inbound customs requirements.
