任职资格：

l Minimum experience of 3 years in supplier quality/development in manufacturing organizations. Automotive background a plus.
在机械制造企业有至少3年的供应商质量管理经验，有汽车制造背景的优先考虑。

l Strong experience in supplier evaluation and supplier development
在供应商评估和发展方面有很强的工作经验。

l Excellent understanding of quality systems (QS9000/TS16949/ISO9000) root cause analysis, and preventive QE techniques (FMEA, Control Plans, flow diagrams, PPAP, QFD, DFM, DFA, SPC, metrology and gage R&R). ISO9001 or QS9000 registered auditor/lead auditor preferred.
对质量系统(QS9000/TS16949/ISO9000)根源分析的良好理解，及预防性的QE技能（FMEA、控制计划、流程图表、PPAP、QFD、DFM、DFA、SPC、测量和检具的R&R）。ISO9001 或QS9000认证审核员最佳。

l Good understanding of new product development process
对新产品开发过程有很好的理解。

l Knowledge of design of tooling, fixture, and packaging
有设计工具设备和包装的知识。

l General understanding Catia, UG or other 3-D design tool
基本了解Catia, UG或其他3-D设计工具。

l Good problem solving, communication, presentation, planning and organizational skills
良好的解决问题、沟通、领导、计划和组织能力。

Excellent language skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal) and strong PC skills in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Project
良好的中英文能力（书面和口头）、电脑水平（Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint）及Project。
