1. 审阅复核客户和和项目组发的检验控制计划
Review and Confirm Entry Checking Control plan sent by customer or Project Team.
2. 完成产品的检验测试及出货工作，并出具检验报告
To work with QA Team complete Inspection, testing jobs and shipping , and issue inspection report.
3. 负责质量把关和储运的规范、流程的制定和监督执行，以及不合格品的处理；
To set up and carry out inspection and shipping stipulation, Rules, flow and responsible for fulfillment of these procedures. As well as non-conformance deal with procedure.
4. 制定FA和量产的产品检验计划并且分配每日检验员的工作任务。
To generate inspection schedule for FA and mass production parts and allocate manpower of QA Team for daily jobs
5. 制定每台检测设备的工作指引
To generate work instruction for each testing machine.
6. 瑕疵品的审核并且汇报上级经理
To review new Defective arise by inspectors and report to Sr. QA manager if can not judge.
7. 负责产品相关质量文件和记录的保管和维护
Keeping , maintenance quality document and record.
8. 收集日报周报和月报，需要有电子档和纸质两种：LAR/DPPM 和RNCF以及库存报告
Daily, weekly and Monthly collecting report in softcopy and Hard copy: LAR/DPPM, RNCF, Stock
9. 监测供应商交货产品的性能，监控8D执行情况
To monitor performance the supplier parts delivered，to Monitor 8D reflection status on physical product.
10. 跟踪客户投诉，跟踪所反馈瑕疵品和供应商的改进工作
To review defects and feedback from customer complaints and work with the suppliers for improvement.
11. 同QA经理一起执行QBR
To Work with Sr. Manager carry out QBR.
12. 参与公司质量认证工作
To participate in ISO/TS16949 Internal/External Audit activities.
13. 对现有仪器制定调校和维护工作指引GR&R
To generate work instruction on Calibration and Maintenance on existing instruments, as well as GR&R analysis.
14． 确保检验工序的标识和追溯性
To make sure identification and traceability been well perform in inspection process.
15. 培训检验人员
To train inspectors.
16. 领导安排的其它事情
Dealing with any other job and assignment instructed by superior.

岗位要求;

1. 大专以上机械专业毕业
2. 5年以上相关工作经验，最好有外资或外贸企业工作经验。
3. 熟悉ISO/TS16949质量管理体系
4. 熟悉质量管理工具及手法
5.熟悉磁性材料、塑料件、铝铸件等相关产品工艺流程
6.熟悉相关国家检验标准
7.熟练使用Office办公软件
8. 英语四级以上，听说读写熟练
9. 工作认真，有责任心，能适应出差
