工作职责：


1. ISO/TS16949体系文件的维护，客户的图纸和内部受控文件存档，分发，归类，回收
ISO/TS16949 System documentation maintenance, including Customer drawing and internal controlled documents, documents’ filing, issue, catalog and obsolete.
2. 在产品控制计划的前提下完成各项检验任务
To perform specific task given on measuring parts according to “Control Plan”.
3. 产品出现异常问题时要及时通知高级检验员
To notify QA Engineer on parts that out of specification.
4. 保管好检测设备和检验工具
Safe guard all test equipment and inspection tool.
5. 每次使用完检测设备或检验工具后一定要进行正确的维护
To ensure proper maintenance on all test equipment/ Inspection tool after use.
6. 检验员要通过经常的培训以提高自己在检验标准方面的知识和技能
Constantly cross train inspectors to have better knowledge and understanding on “Visual Criteria”.
7. 做好数据记录，真实且有效完整；
To record data correctly and integrity.
8. 在每个包装箱上贴上产品质量标签，严格控制不良品；
To complete QA label for each carton box, and control defective production strictly.
9. 负责工作现场的环境管理
Responsible for working environmental management.
10. 加强与仓管员之间的联系，确保质量部的数据与仓库实际的进出货数量相一致
To Work closely with Store keeper on In/out system, to make sure QA data package accurate with store quality and shipment quality.
11. 按产品的抽检结果分类入库
According the result of Sampling inspection to warehousing.
12. 确保维护追溯系统完整性，一旦得到客户投诉时能以此责任到人
To make sure identification and traceability system well maintain to make able to trace to individual personnel once receive complaints from customer.
13. 协助处理客户投诉的质量问题。
Helping in dealing with quality of customer complaints.
14. 处理领导安排的其它事情
Dealing with any other job and assignment instructed by superior.

岗位要求：

1. 初中以上学历
2. 2年以上检验相关工作经验，最好有线上检验工作经验。
3..熟悉ISO/TS16949文件管理
4.熟练使用电脑和Office 办公软件
5.最好有一定的英语基本，能读懂英文检验报告
6.工作认真，有责任心

物流 -- 我们已经建立了一个物流网络以确保产品从供应商运输到我们的保税区港口，统一发货并准时抵达您想要到达的地方。此外，我们也帮客户处理进出口清关。

Ningbo Global Sourcing is a fully licensed and qualified trading company, which is USA owned, with a multinational staff. its headquarters and Ningbo, China, plus sourcing and service offices in Ningbo, Penang, Malaysia and Fort Wayne, IN (USA). We have suppliers which we have qualified in China, Korea and Malaysia and have access to other suppliers in other parts of Southeast Asia.

The services Ningbo provides to its customers include:
?    Sourcing – we find quality suppliers of low cost products and components that will meet most Western, ISO 9000, TS 169 49, and other established quality standards.
?    Quality Assurance – we can work with your local US or European prints, workmanship standards, and quality requirements to ensure they can be understood and applied by our local staff and suppliers and translated into local languages as necessary.
?    Quality Gate – we can provide sourcing inspection at the supplier locations or perform 100% or AQL inspection in our fully equipped facility in the Ningbo Free Trade Zone. These services ensure products and components you order meet the quality requirements you specified.
?    Logistics – we have an established network to ensure products move from the supplier to our Free Trade Port and are consolidated to arrive at your desired location, on time. We also handle all outbound clearance and inbound customs requirements.
