工作要求Job Requirements：

1. 熟悉机械传动原理和整机设计原理

Familiar with mechanical transmission principle and the whole machine design principle.

2. 熟悉自动化设备元器件如：传感器，气缸，电磁阀，马达和PLC基础工作原理

Familiar with electrical components application such as sensors, cylinder, solenoid valve, motor and PLC basic theory.

3. 熟悉绘图软件AUTO-CAD，熟练使用Office办公软件

Familiar with AUTO-CAD, master the Microsoft office software;

4. 优秀的学习能力和设备问题点处理能力

Good learning ability and equipment fault handling ability

5. 设备相关的工作经验5年以上

5 years or above related equipment working experience

岗位职责Job Responsibility

1. 负责日常设备故障的及时修复，并能保证修复后的稳定性；对设备未及时修复的进行及时反馈给工程师，在工程师的指导下一起进行设备的修复

Responsible for repair equipment fault in time, to ensure the equipment stability after repair; regarding the cannot repair significant equipment fault feedback to engineer, and with engineer to repair the equipment fault together.

2. 定期做好设备的计划性停机维修工作，及时收集设备故障信息，在设备停机保养时修复

Check and repair the machine accord to the planning, collect the equipment errors in time, and repair it when the machines stop.

3. 所负责区域内设备问题点准确的反馈，协助工程师进行问题点的永久解决

Accurate feedback the equipment problem, and assist engineer to implement the permanent solution.

4. 厂区内设备点检、巡检，做好记录表格，及时汇报发现问题点

Check the equipment of the company and make the record, report in time if find some problems.

5. 生产线设备的日常保养，按照设备点检表的要求严格执行

Daily maintenance of the production equipment. According to the TPM check list requirement implementation strictly.

6. 安排维修生产线换下来的各类零部件，及各类配件的更换记录和维修记录，便于及时跟踪

Make the repair the parts which disassembled from the machines, in order to track, make the record about exchange and maintenance.

7. 对生产员工进行必要的设备操作培训

For necessary equipment operation train operator.

8. 协助工程师进行制订设备操作作业指导书，能进行必要的更新

Assist engineer to make the equipment work instruction and to make the necessary update.

9. 参与机械事故的调查、分析与处理，并水平展开杜绝类似状况的再次发生

Participate in the investigation, analysis and solving of equipment accident, and as lesson learn to put an end to happen again.

10. 勇于快速，有效的执行部门领导给予的额外的任务

Fast, effective enforcement department heads to give additional tasks.
