职位描述：
Project Coordinator (Xiamen)
The Project Coordinator is responsible for Product Engineer Change coordinate, Sample Tracking, The 3rd party test report alarm system tracking, support PE and QE to upload and maintain the CDM data system. Finish the temporary assigned job by supervisor.

Main duties
1. Coordinate the sample request for division, create the sample request form and send to vendor.
2. Push vendor prepare and send out the sample timely.
3. Submit the weekly sample request summary to division.
4. Engineering Change Request tracking. Issue the ECR number to engineers.
5. Coordinate with different department of division, get the ECR approval.
6. Report the ECR implementation situation to division timely.
7. Submit the ECR summary to division weekly.
8. Upload the ECR with support document to CDM system.
9. The 3rd party test report alarm system controlling. Record the 3rd party test report into alarm system, remind related engineers to renew the report timely.
10. CDM data maintain. Help Dorel China engineers to upload the data to CDM.
11. Temporary job. Finish the temporary assigned job by supervisor.

Requirements:
1. College or University graduate degree.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant field.
3. Familiar with Furniture, Ladder and Step Stool related product is preferred.
4. Experience working in international business company is preferred.
5. Good command of spoken and written English.
6. Knowledgeable in the use of the Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
7. Good communication skills
8. Responsible; Team player; Proactive/Self-starter; Fast-learner; Detail oriented.
