职位描述：

岗位职责：

1、按照工作要求及时完成,产品包装和质量检查的工作,确保产品包装和流转的准确和完好.

2、按照工作程序的要求,及时高效地完成生产任务的要求,同时确保质量符合要求.

3、按照生产管理的要求填写和记录相关的生产数据,保证填写及时,准确和清晰.

4、按照5S管理的要求,及时清理和保持生产设备和作业现场的整洁,有序.

5、按照设备维护管理的要求,进行日常的设备检查,维护并及时报告发现的异常.

6、正确的进行交接班作业,保证工作交接清晰无误.

7、努力学习各项工作技能,不断提升个人作业能力.

8、有效地进行内部人员的沟通,执行良好的团队工作要求.

9、配合领班,努力执行班组管理,提升班组工作质量和效率.

10、配合生产管理对生产现场的改善提出建议.

岗位要求：

1、5年以上工作经验

2、具备基本的工具和设备操作能力.

3、能够熟练使用测量工具.

4、基本的5S和设备维护操作的能力.
