职位描述：
? Provides emergency service when customer has a technical issue involving Celanese material.
? Provides technical support in the areas of injection molding, tool design, and material development.
? Conducts troubleshooting activities at new and existing customer sites and helps customers solve problems running CE materials on their equipment.
? Works with customers to resolve quality issues pertaining to customer process and tooling.
? Conducts technical seminars on Celanese portfolio including properties, tooling, processing and Secondary operations.
? Recognizes and develops new applications that have the potential for commercialization.
? Works with T+I to develop a processing window for new products.
? Travels (80+%) to customer sites to resolve issues

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

? Basic knowledge of engineering material

? On site experience of doing injection molding, extrusion, Blow molding, ect.

? Tooling knowledge

? English writing and speeking ability

 

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

? have deep knowledeg about tooling design

? have CAE knowledge is perfreed

? have tooing project management experience
