Focusing on productivity improvement at our China supplier partner facilities, including
both assembly line efficiency improvements; and implementation of
semi-automation/automation where justified to reduce labor requirements and improve
reliability/consistency.
Responsible for continuously improving production systems to ensure that product
conforms to specifications while operating in the most cost-effective manner without
compromising customer expectations, quality, or operator safety.
Provide manufacturing engineering support in new product development, current
products and assembly lines, as well as non-production functions.
Job requirements:
1. Preferably Bachelor of Science in industrial / Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering.
2. 5 years or more experience in manufacturing environment.
Technical knowledge of high-pressured airless pumps / guns is a strong plus.
3. Be familiar with metal mold structure, machining processes, and mold assembly
drawing.
4. Being well qualified in reading and understanding drawings and basic knowledge of
AutoCAD, Pro-E… etc.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and have
team work spirit.
6. Experience in engineering / quality tools like FMEA, SPC... etc., good technical reporting and
troubleshooting skill.
7. Lean Manufacturing techniques (demand-driven flow, 5-S, value stream analysis... etc.)
8. Basic command of written and spoken English – Emails/Drawings/Con-calls Comm.
