？ 现场质量和持续改进监督
Responsible for monitoring of continuous Improvement and on-site quality
1. 负责8D报告的下发和整改进度跟踪
Responsible for Internal 8D report release and follow up
2. 负责质量警报的准备和下发至现场
Responsible for Quality Alert preparation and release on site
3. 负责天使板的协调
Responsible for Angel Board coordinate
4. 负责区域板的协调
Responsible for Area Board coordinate
5. 负责功能实验结果的跟踪与反馈
Responsible for result of functional test follow up and feedback
6. 负责统计过程控制分析
Responsible for SPC analysis
7. 负责快速响应板的协调与跟踪
Responsible for Fast Responsible Board coordinate and follow up
8. 负责内部废品率超标时的调查和持续改进程序的启动
Responsible for Investigate the internal scrap (out of target) and start the continuous improve-ment process
9. 负责按要求进行熔炼、铸造、制芯工序的产品和制程工艺巡检
Responsible for according to do sampling inspection of melting/casting/core making process

Responsible for Continuous Improvement for quality system
1. 负责持续改进项目协调
Responsible for continuous improvement projects coordinate
2. 负责控制计划和流程图的更新
Responsible for CP / Flow Chart update
3. 负责现场过程的日常检查与月度审核（LPA）
Responsible for daily and monthly on-site Process Audit （LPA）

Required Qualifications:

1. 大专以上学历背景
Junior College educational background
2. 3年以上铝合金产品铸造质量控制经验
More than 3 years work experience of quality
3. 能够读工程图纸和使用常规量检具
Ability to read engineering drawing & use common gauges
4. 良好的英语说、写能力
Good English skills (spoken and written)
5. 能够使用质量控制7大手法
Ability to use the QC 7 control tools
6. 熟悉质量控制5大工具
Familiar with the FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA and PPAP
7. 熟悉质量管理体系要求
Familiar with requirement of ISO/TS16949( IATF 16949) 举报 分享
