Key Responsibilities


1) Take responsible for all the onsite hard services delivery and quality control to ensure daily operations of the manage sites
2) Responsible for FM service KPIs setting/follow and continuous cost down proposal
3) Responsible for customer complain and corrective/preventive actions and promptly closure of all issues
4) Establish/maintain/improve the customer relationship, keep an open communication with customer
5) Manage all the vendors/sub-contractors work as per CBRE sourcing guidelines and Account Sourcing requirement
6) Manage FM team member’s performance and annual evaluation
7) Ensure close cooperation with Regional Finance Lead to ensure timely management of all vendors’ invoices, payment, and services
8) Keeping team spirit and motivation in place with coaching and guidance of possible gray areas
9) Take responsible for team member’s technology training and management skill training
10) EHS management on site via close coordination with regional EHS Lead
11) Manage business/Contract issues with customer via daily communication and weekly Operations meeting
12) Establish/maintain the professional and positive relationship with all users.
13) Actively participate in customer assigned events / activities (as per Master Service Agreement)
14) Act as consultant and project manager for relative minor projects

Required Knowledge and Skills:

1) Basic listening and written English skills
2) Good communication skills and strong self-motivation with positive mindset to address any adversity
3) Can work independently under pressure and demonstrate the “can do spirit”
4) Strong management skills and be flexible for different status and adaptability to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Education:

1) College graduated or above, major in technology or management.
2) More than 3 years of FM related management experiences and 2 years in supervisor or above job roll. 举报 分享
