Purpose:
Ensuring the continuous attainment of Quality Certifications for Asia, coordinating resolution of Customer complaints,managing insurance claims, and quality audit requirement.


Activities:

1.Getting consensus on regional quality management approach from global quality management and ensure full implementation of the related IMS and responsible for implementing quality standards and methods. Working with International/ cross-functional/ multi cultural teams to implement Quality & IMS programs throughout all businesses.
2.Ensuring the continuous attainment of Quality Certifications based on business needs. Such as ISO 9001, TS 16949, QS, and Kosher.
3.Coordinate resolution of customer complaints. Working with regional Planning/Deliver, Sourcing and Manufacturing Leaders and getting support to solve issues.
4.Ensure the awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization, and Coordinate product specification reviews. Also closely working with customer for some special customer request.
5.Coordinate insurance claim with insurance company and related departments e.g. production, supply chain, legal.
6.Survey and audit contractors' quality management system to comply with ISO9001 and Celanese requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business, International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
4-year experience in an International Company, preferably in an /Chemical manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Quality systems such as ISO 9000/TS16949, procedures and statistical techniques preferred.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and mandarin
