Scope and Specific Responsibilities
？ Should be familiar with relevant trade lane in own work scope.
Know well about the space status before shipment checking.
？ Following up KAM instruction, proactively follow with client and ensure shipping schedule is proper arranged. Also ensure align with SOP indicated.
？ Coordinate to reserve space and booking arrangement in advance, feedback KAM team shipment & space issue timely. Proactively check with commercial team to settle space problem if any.
？ Deal with daily operation issue, proactive communication with shipper about container stuffing & customs clearance, etc.
？ Shipment on board checking and proactively deal with if emergency & special issue occurred.
？ Finish related system task in timely manner, 100% use auto rating and fulfil billing input & cost and job close within timeframe
？ Keep following AR outstanding if any.
？ Ensure pass correct data and important points to DOC as per request.
？ Focus on team work via good communication internally.
？ Good communication with our clients externally and try to meet customers’ request.
？ Aware company product, and have sense to promote in daily work, such as trucking, rail, CFS VAS, etc.
？ Report in time if problem cannot be solved.


Qualifications:
？ College, University or above
？ Fluent in reading, writing and spoken English, CET-4 or above.
？ Basic computer knowledge, and could deal with office software in daily working.

Skills & Knowledge:

？ Comprehensive forwarding knowledge & skill, and well know NVOCC operation procedure.
？ Team spirit, good communication skill, strong responsibility, could work in pressure.
